TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FIRLE PLACE ADMISSION TICKETS AND HOUSE TOURS.

Before completing your online purchase, please carefully review what you have selected – once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
Admission & events tickets must be downloaded or printed, please keep your printed tickets in a safe place. We cannot accept alternative tickets of any kind.
Payment
All major credit and debit cards are accepted as a method of payment with the exception of Amex.
All admission & events tickets will be emailed to the address entered at time of purchase, please ensure that a valid email address is entered.
All prices are correct at the time of publishing; however, they are subject to change without prior notice.
Historic Houses Members:
HH members must enter valid membership number at the time of booking and admission will only be accepted on production of the membership card showing the corresponding number
Admission:
Visitors will only be granted entrance to Firle Place with a valid admission ticket.
Firle Events Ltd. reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to refuse entry or to remove any visitor from the House and Estate.
Firle Events Ltd. reserves the right to at any point to close any area within the House & Estate for private use, planned events or functions.
All information regarding house opening times is correct at time of publication but may be subject to change dependent on circumstances; our aim is to keep our website up to date with correct information.
The booking reference is confirmation of acceptance of the booking.
Photography
Photography in the house is not permitted. The use of Drones is not permitted anywhere on the Firle Estate without prior permission in writing from the Firle Estate Office.
Groups
15 or more persons constitute a group. Special rates & tailored visits are available, these must be pre-booked & paid for in advance of your visit, please contact us on 01273 977364 / events@firle.com
Accessibility
Only accredited assistance dogs are permitted inside Firle Place
Disabled access: Due to the historic nature of the property we regret that for those visitors in wheelchairs we are only able to offer access to the ground floor and tearoom. The stairs to the first floor are wide and have a handrail. A chair can be provided in each room for those who cannot stand; we ask for notice of this prior to arrival.
Please note that for conservation and practical reasons, large bags, prams and pushchairs need to be left at the entrance to Firle Place
Parking is free but please note that the car park gates are locked at 17:30. No cars may be left in the car park after this time.
